Toyota Yaris Dub City Owned Policewomen, Sweet and minimalist

I was surprised yesterday when out of the office and saw a Toyota Yaris car modified with style with blue and white Dub City Eyelid so that makes the Yaris look so sporty.Cool too.
But more surprised when I saw the owner was a policewoman.I was wondering,how come. Instead of maybe not really,but just a little scarce find any pair of Policewomen + Car modif.

When my story this event to a friend, he joked "I wonder if it's confiscated car ... hahahaaaaaa".
Unfortunately that time I not bring camera,so picture just pake Blackberry with a camera whose quality is mediocre.
